POLICIES

  • A credit card is required to reserve an appointment and to protect from a late cancellation or no-show policy.

    Please note that you can use any card at the time of your appointment, one is just required on file for late cancellations and no-shows. Apple Pay and Android Pay are also accepted.

  • If you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 before or the day of your appointment, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible by texting or calling 773-980-6759.

    Masks are required regardless of vaccination status. If you are adding a wax service such as full face, nostrils, upper lip, chin/neck, sideburns — you will be asked to remove your mask and conversation will halt during the duration of the service. A mask will be provided for you if you do not bring one to your appointment.

  • If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within/less than 48 hours of my appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

    If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within/less than 24 hours of my appointment, you will be charged the full service cost of the appointment.

    The fee incurred is not applied to your rescheduled appointment.

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and you will incur 100% of the service cost. Please call or text if you know you are running behind and we can proceed accordingly.

  • The world is so loud right now. If what you need is a quiet safe space, I am more than happy to accommodate. If you are anxious, tired, or mentally drained -- absolutely no judgement. There even may be a time where *I* myself will ask to have a quieter session. Mental health matters!

  • All skincare and cosmetic sales are FINAL. In the event of an adverse reaction, please contact me. An exchange or credit may be applied to another purchase.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Appointment reminders are sent out 2 days before your service. Please confirm within that time to 48 hours before your appointment.

Please note that if you make a same day cancellation/cancel less than 24 hours of appointment or no call/no show that you will be charged 100% of the service fee. If canceling due to COVID-19 reasons, proof of COVID test must be shown in order to not incur the cancellation fee.

If you reschedule/cancel your appointment within/less than 48 hours of my appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.

As a small business and a one man show, I have to enforce these policies. It’s not personal, it’s just business!
